Tony Tomkins
Tony founded VG Charles & Co in 2009 and has recruited within the legal arena since 1986, having previously practised at the Bar establishing a substantial criminal practice in both London and the provinces.
Tony specialises in senior lateral hires in both the domestic and international markets across all practice areas and has established a close working relationship with a select number of Top 100 firms, assisting them in strategic partner recruitment projects of significant importance.
He has worked for several substantial regional, national and international firms being retained to identify and facilitate team restructures, whole firm mergers and new office set-ups.
