We will not give, rent, sell or trade any of your personal information to anyone and where anything is passed to clients, it will only be with your express permission.

VG Charles & Co may need to take personal data from you where this is necessary to communicate with you, although you will have a choice whether to give this information to us or not. We will use this information to communicate with you in accordance with the policy. We will not use or disclose your personal information given to us for communication with you for any other purpose.

Every candidate we speak to is screened extensively. Where we haven’t met in person there has been an in-depth conversation about their experience and requirements, and only when we are happy that their skills provide an excellent match for a position will we agree to represent them with an application.

Personal details will remain confidential at all times. Please note some calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
