Jane is a Director and has been with VG Charles & Co since its inception and has worked in the legal sector for more than 30 years. She recruits for high profile legal firms and niche practices, predominantly within the Midlands and South West regions, with an expert knowledge of the key players in these locations. Jane has a proven track record in Partner, senior hire and team moves and is the recruitment partner of choice for many firms. She undertakes specific search assignments, managed advertising campaigns and senior contingent recruitment.
